Job summary

CTS Europe France in Paris is seeking a dynamic Business Development professional to own the French commercial development and follow-up of opportunities. You will build the national pipeline, consolidate proposals across departments, and maintain senior-level engagement with key local target accounts, typically 10+ daily interactions.

The role sits at the center of CTS Europe France, a small team backed by CTS Group, blending startup agility with the scale of a 2,500-person organisation.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in business development, bid or account management.
• Solid understanding of construction delivery to shape credible proposals with technical teams.
• Proficient with CRM tools and pipeline reporting.
• Strong writing and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Local Pipeline Development: Build, qualify and manage the French pipeline of data center and mission-critical opportunities. Stay engaged with key local target accounts and monitor market activity.
• Proposal Consolidation: Bring together input from Operations, Engineering, Procurement and the Group into one CTS proposal; run the bid process and support negotiations.
• Engagement Management: Nurture partner relationships; represent CTS at industry events in France.
• HSE Leadership: Adhere to CTS EUROPE FRANCE HSE policy and French labour law.
• Authorities: Lead commercial engagement with prospects on behalf of the CEO; coordinate cross-department bids.
