Murphy AI seeks its first ground presence in France to found and scale the sales in a blue‑ocean fintech market. You will open the market with banks, lenders and collection agencies, build the pipeline, and close critical deals while shaping Murphy AI’s local go‑to‑market.

You’ll own relationships and the P&L as the business grows. You’ll lead discovery, negotiate terms, and expand Murphy’s footprint across products, supported by a forward‑deployed engineering team during integrations.

Qualifications

• Non-technical startup founder or head of sales with proven success in complex deals.
• Experience selling to banks or in regulated, compliance-heavy settings is ideal.
• Autonomous, fast, and relentlessly operational; able to learn a domain quickly.
• Based in France, fluent in French, and familiar with local market norms.

Responsabilités

• Open the market in France: identify banks, lenders and collection agencies and build the pipeline.
• Test GTM motions and contribute to a scalable sales playbook for mid-market teams.
• Learn the domain quickly and understand local regulations to outperform long-standing peers.
• Lead discovery, shape terms, negotiate and close deals with strategic customers.
• Own relationships: be the primary contact for Murphy AI, expand into new products.
• Oversee integration by coordinating with forward-deployed engineers for live calls.
• Own the P&L of the French market and drive growth milestones.
