Job summary

Resilience Care, a French medtech company, is seeking a Finance Analyst/FP&A to own management reporting and help the Finance Director steer the company's P&L and cash performance.

You will build reliable financial data, reconcile inputs, and develop processes and tools that support growth. AI and automation should be applied in practical ways to improve efficiency and decision making, while collaborating with a small, dedicated finance team.

Qualifications

• Build financial models, complex formulas and dashboards.
• Strong understanding of monthly close and analytical accounting.
• Perform variance analysis, budgeting and landing-scenario projections.
• Apply AI or automation to improve efficiency in finance tasks.
• Work in English at a professional B2 level or above.

Responsibilities

• Produce monthly management reporting and KPIs with Finance Director.
• Improve accounting data reliability and reconciliation between accounting and management data.
• Support budgeting, reforecasting and variance analysis.
• Develop tracking tools with budget owners during monthly reviews.
• Monitor workforce costs, headcount, cash burn and runway.
• Automate recurring finance tasks and document processes.
