Rehlko in France is seeking an FP&A Manager for the EMEA region to lead financial planning, forecasting, reporting and performance analysis. You will partner with regional leadership to enable strategic decision making and drive the Finance transformation described by the leadership.

Reporting to the EMEA Finance Leadership team, you will own cycles of forecast, budget and strategic planning, coordinate with Corporate FP&A, and develop financial models including OneStream.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Approximately 10 years of experience in FP&A, Controlling, or Finance Business Partnering, ideally within an international and multi-entity environment.
• Strong capabilities in financial analysis, planning, and modeling.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence diverse audiences.
• Advanced Excel proficiency; the knowledge of OneStream and/or Power BI is considered a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead the EMEA forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning cycles.
• Serve as the primary interface with Corporate FP&A and coordinate financial planning activities across the region's various entities.
• Deliver performance analyses, financial models and strategic recommendations to support management decision-making.
• Partner with business leaders on investment, growth, and resource allocation decisions.
• Develop and harmonize financial planning processes, tools and models, including OneStream.
• Contribute to improving profitability, cash flow, and overall business performance across the region.
