Job summary

Resilience Care, a French company, seeks an FP&A Analyst to own management reporting and help the Finance Director steer the company's P&L and cash performance.

You will build dashboards and financial models using Excel or Google Sheets, ensuring data reliability across the business and supporting budgeting and forecasting with AI-driven automation. English at a professional level is required.

Qualifications

• Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills for financial modelling.
• Solid understanding of accounting, monthly close and analytics.
• Ability to perform variance analysis, budgeting and scenario projections.
• Experience applying AI/automation to improve finance processes.
• Professional English language skills.

Responsibilities

• Produce monthly management reporting, track KPIs and build dashboards with the Finance Director.
• Improve analytical accounting and reconcile accounting and management data with the Accounting Manager.
• Support budgeting and reforecasting, analyse variances and anticipate landing scenarios.
• Partner with budget owners through monthly reviews and provide simple tracking tools.
• Monitor workforce costs, headcount, cash, burn and runway.
• Automate and document recurring Finance tasks and processes.
