Cast AI is seeking a Founding Business Development Representative for Kimchi to build the outbound engine across Europe. You will identify high‑value opportunities, initiate conversations with technical and business buyers, and leverage AI to develop a scalable pipeline‑generation motion in a remote‑first global environment.

You will craft clear messaging for enterprise buyers, manage target accounts, and own sequences from day one.

Qualifications

• Proven outbound BDR/SDR in B2B SaaS or developer tools.
• Strong knowledge of AI sales tools and automation.
• Ability to translate complex AI products into messaging.
• Excellent research, cold outreach and LinkedIn skills.
• Initiative to own sequences, messaging and outcomes.

Responsabilités

• Build and execute target-account strategy for Kimchi across Europe.
• Research accounts, AI initiatives and decision-makers using LinkedIn, Clay, Apollo.
• Create outbound campaigns across email, calls and LinkedIn.
• Use AI to improve research, personalization and scale outbound.
• Own outreach sequences, messaging, cadences and value props.
• Collaborate with Founding AE and VP EMEA on territory plans and ICP.
• Maintain CRM hygiene, track activity and outcomes.
• Develop knowledge of Kimchi AI/LLM use cases and proof points.
• Feed insights to Sales, Product and Marketing for go-to-market refinements.
