Leopa is seeking a hands-on technical leader to join the founding team in Paris. You will own the product's architecture, drive the tech roadmap, and ensure robust security and compliance across ISO 27001, MDR, and CE pathways.

You will also lead AI/data initiatives, hire and mentor the first engineers, and shape a scalable tech culture as the company grows. Fluent French and English are required.

Qualifications

• Strong software engineering background with ownership.
• Experience shipping AI/ML in production.
• Familiarity with regulated environments and compliance processes.

Responsabilités

• Build the product hands-on and own architecture.
• Define the tech roadmap in sync with go-to-market.
• Structure information security to ISO 27001 and MDR/CE pathways.
• Lead AI/data efforts bridging clinical research and production.
• Grow the engineering team and set standards (quality, security, testing).
• Mentor engineers and represent tech to investors and partners.
