Leopa is seeking a hands-on technical leader to join the founding team in Paris. You will own the product's architecture, drive the tech roadmap, and ensure robust security and compliance across ISO 27001, MDR, and CE pathways.

You will also lead AI/data initiatives, hire and mentor the first engineers, and shape a scalable tech culture as the company grows. Fluent French and English are required.

You are joining the founding team to be Leopa's technical foundation, structure our R&D, guarantee technical robustness and information security, and embody our technological vision by our side.

You will be on the front lines of building the product technically, organizing the company’s tech side, and laying the groundwork that will allow Leopa to scale. You will help us build all of this.

What you will do

Build the product hands-on. Own architecture and shipping of our patient mobile app and clinician-facing tools, and define the tech roadmap in sync with our go-to-market.

Own compliance & security. Structure our infosec toward ISO 27001, implement IEC 62304 for CE (MDR) and FDA pathways, and set up HDS-compliant health-data hosting.

Shape our AI & data work. Lead our precision-psychiatry data efforts bridging clinical research and production.

Grow the team & culture. Hire the first engineers, set engineering standards (quality, security, testing), and represent our tech to investors and partners.

We are looking for a "Builder". Someone who knows how to architect a complex system but isn't afraid to get their hands dirty in the codebase.

Strong software engineering background with a track record of technical ownership.

Shipped and deployed AI/ML in production.

Entrepreneurial mindset, proactive, and autonomous.

A structured builder and a good mentor.

Willing to step into a broader management role as we scale.

Fluent in both French and English.

It would be ideal if you also have:

Experience shipping mobile apps (native or React Native/Flutter).

Experience in healthtech, medtech, or a highly regulated environment.

Familiarity with certification processes (CE marking, MDR, ISO 13485, ISO 27001).
