Parallel, Paris-based, is building AI agents to automate healthcare admin. We're seeking a qualified lawyer to own the legal function: contracts, GDPR/health data compliance, and corporate matters.

You'll work directly with the CEO and cross-functionally with Finance and Sales, plus external counsel, building processes from scratch. You'll be the go-to contact for DPOs, CISOs, and CNIL, shaping templates, policies, and negotiation playbooks.

Qualifications

• Qualified lawyer with French bar or equivalent and 3–6 years of experience.
• Generalist at heart, comfortable across GDPR, health data, B2B tech contracts, corporate/financing/M&A.
• Fluent in French and English; German a plus; capable of fast learning and practical execution.

Responsabilités

• Own the legal function: commercial contracts, GDPR/health data compliance, and corporate matters.
• Negotiate client contracts, DPAs, and respond to security questionnaires; manage external counsel.
• Develop templates, playbooks, and governance for scalable, risk-controlled operations.
