Parallel in Paris seeks a qualified lawyer to own the legal function from day one, covering commercial contracts, GDPR/health data compliance, and corporate matters to enable growth in a highly regulated sector. You’ll negotiate client contracts and DPAs, manage contract templates and playbooks, and ensure GDPR compliance and health data standards while coordinating with external counsel.

Qualifications

Fluent in French and English; German is a plus.
Experience in GDPR/sensitive data, health data compliance, or related regulatory frameworks.
Strong ability to negotiate B2B tech contracts and manage corporate matters (M&A, fundraising, governance).
Autonomous builder mindset with practical, outcome‑oriented approach.

Responsabilités

Own the legal function: commercial contracts, GDPR/health data compliance, and corporate matters.
Negotiate and draft client contracts and DPAs; manage templates and playbooks to accelerate sales.
Be the reference on health data regulatory framework (GDPR, data hosting standards, ISO 27001).
Coordinate with external counsel and act as main contact for DPOs and CNIL.
