Mobiskill | WEFY Group is seeking an AI Engineering Lead in Paris to drive the Intelligence, RAG & Context stream. You will be a hands-on technical leader, architecting and coding production-grade LLM, RAG and Agentic AI systems while mentoring a high-performing AI & Data team.

You will turn AI capabilities into reliable, explainable SaaS features powering the claims journey, from data enrichment to fraud detection and adjudication.

Qualifications

• 7+ years building and shipping AI/ML systems to production.
• Deep expertise in Python, LLMs, Advanced RAG and Agentic AI.
• Strong product mindset, ownership and communication skills.
• Experience in healthcare, insurance or regulated environments is a plus.
• Master's or PhD in CS, AI, Applied Mathematics or equivalent.
• English speaking and writing is mandatory.

Responsabilités

• Own the technical vision and delivery of the AI stream, from architecture to production.
• Build hybrid AI systems combining ML, rules, LLMs, RAG and Agentic AI.
• Industrialize AI through robust APIs, evaluation frameworks and LLMOps.
• Optimize for accuracy, reliability, latency and cost.
• Mentor AI Engineers, Data Scientists and Data Engineers through hands-on technical leadership.

Context :
