Job summary

Panora is building an AI-powered operating system for brokers in Europe, combining insurance workflows with AI systems. We are seeking a Product Designer to translate real-world insurance processes into practical interfaces and collaborate with brokers, founders, and engineers.

You will shape how insurance knowledge is structured and displayed inside our platform, moving beyond pixel-pushing toward impactful, reliable design decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience designing UX and UI for software products.
• Expert in using Figma as primary design tool.
• Experience independently exploring concepts from start to end.
• Ability to design simple solutions to complex user problems.
• Eye for high‑quality visual and interaction design; attention to UI details.
• Proficiency in prototyping ideas to articulate design decisions.
• Willingness to step out of comfort zone and explore alternatives.
• Motivated by the mission; insurance expertise not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct insurance discovery, user research, and engage with broker partners to understand workflows.
• Contribute to strategy and direction; collaborate on flows, prototypes, and visuals.
• Design and ship high-quality product improvements; translate complex logic into clear interfaces.
• Help shape how AI outputs are presented and used by brokers; iterate with product and engineering.
