Milliman is seeking a Senior Insurance AI Solutions Consultant for its hybrid Paris office. You will help shape AI transformation engagements, bridge insurance expertise with practical AI-enabled workflows, and drive client value from concept to scalable delivery.

You will collaborate with practice leaders, AI engineers, actuaries, and consultants to map workflows, frame solutions, and develop proposals that unlock strategic business outcomes in insurance.

Qualifications

• Experience in insurance, actuarial consulting, or transformation projects.
• Strong experience supporting business development and client workshops.
• Ability to translate client needs into AI-enabled transformation roadmaps.
• Excellent communication with senior leaders and delivery teams.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to build new capability quickly.
