AXA is seeking an experienced Product Owner to lead the Gen AI CoE and to shape AI product strategy across AXA’s ecosystem. You will drive value through AI initiatives and align them with business needs.

Work with data scientists, engineers and business units to define roadmaps, manage backlogs, and ensure a user‑centred design approach while tracking KPIs to optimize features and outcomes. The role focuses on long‑term vision, cross‑team collaboration, and scalable documentation to support

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role, preferably in AI, technology, or insurance sectors.
Strong knowledge of AI technologies, data integration, and business processes in insurance.
Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (Scrum, Kanban).

Responsabilités

Lead AI product strategy and vision across the AXA Gen AI CoE.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define roadmaps.
Prioritize and manage the backlog, ensuring alignment with the stream roadmap.
Advocate for users with research, ensuring AI solutions meet needs and IT constraints.
Track KPIs and drive data‑driven decisions to optimise features.
Contribute to long‑term AI scaling and create supporting documentation.
