Orus is seeking a dedicated Head of Product to own the product vision and drive the roadmap as we scale across Europe. You will lead a growing PM and Design team, work closely with the CEO, CTO, and COO, and ensure coherence across squads, countries, and product domains.

You will shape how Product, Design, and Engineering collaborate, set standards for discovery and prioritization, and help the company deliver AI-powered, user-centric insurance platforms across France and beyond.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product, with Head of Product tenure.
• Proven track record building and leading PM/design teams.
• Fluent French and English, in-depth knowledge of fintech/insurtech domain is a plus

Responsabilités

• Own the 12–24 month product vision and roadmap across squads.
• Recruit, develop, and retain PMs and Product Designers.
• Set product standards and ensure alignment with engineering and business teams.
• Drive AI and automation initiatives to enhance user experience.
