Lucis in Paris seeks a strategic right hand to the CEO to turn ambiguity into execution. You will own cross-functional projects, build scalable systems, and interface with investors and partners on behalf of the CEO.

In the first 6 months, you will draft investor updates, coordinate board materials, and lead expansion prep for the UK, Portugal, and Spain, while building dashboards for CEO visibility and running weekly leadership syncs with department heads.

Competenze

• 3–5 years in high-growth startups, strategy consulting, or investment banking.
• Experience working directly with founders or C-level executives in fast-paced environments.
• Master of execution: builds financial models and ships projects end-to-end.
• SaaS tool power user: Notion, Airtable, Figma, Raycast, AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude).
• Exceptional writer: drafts investor memos, board materials, and strategic docs.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets with dashboards.

The role

Be the CEO's strategic right hand — the force multiplier that turns ambiguity into execution. Own critical cross-functional projects, build scalable systems, and interface with investors/partners on behalf of the CEO.

What You'll Own (first 6 Months)

About You
