Qualifications

• 1–3+ years in fast-growing environments or professional services.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Own tasks end-to-end with proactive ownership.
• Strong calendar, travel logistics, and inbox management.
• Comfort with AI and rapid learning.

Responsibilities

• Founder velocity: manage multi-time-zone calendars and travel.
• Assist founders in day-to-day events: meetings, client calls.
• Inbox triage and follow-ups with partners and investors.
• Paris HQ operations: vendor relations and hosting VIPs.
• HR admin tasks and onboarding workflows.
• Culture logistics: team events and pop-ups across Europe.
• Founder proxy: protect founders’ time while ensuring team needs.
