Stakha is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to lead customer deployments and deploy our AI-powered QA platform in complex environments. The role is Paris-based with near-full onsite presence and European travel as needed.

You’ll own deployments across cloud, VPC, on-prem and air-gapped setups while ensuring reliability and rapid customer adoption. Fluency in FR and EN is required, with strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 1–6 years of experience with exceptional technical achievement.
• Strong fundamentals and production infrastructure experience.
• Experience deploying across VPC, on-prem, private cloud or air-gapped environments.
• Excellent debugging and analytical skills across software, networking and infra.
• Fluent French and English with customer-facing exposure.
• Willingness to own deployment, reliability and adoption tasks.
• Evidence of technical excellence through standout projects or contributions.

Responsabilités

• Own technical customer deployments from setup to production adoption.
• Deploy the platform across cloud, VPC, on-prem and air-gapped environments.
• Resolve complex infra, networking, security and reliability issues.
• Build and operate production infrastructure including observability and incidents.
• Work directly with customers to diagnose problems and explain trade-offs.
• Feed deployment and adoption challenges back into product decisions.
