Cohere is seeking an engineer to bridge North between our core product and client engineering teams in France. You will deploy North in private cloud and on‑prem environments, working with enterprise IT on security and data management while delivering high‑quality, scalable solutions.

You will collaborate with customers, shape deployment strategies, and ensure compliance with data privacy standards, traveling as needed to implement with key accounts.

Qualifications

• Experience deploying enterprise software in private/hybrid clouds.
• Customer-facing engineering role with strong communication.
• Fluent in French and English.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end deployment of North in private cloud and on-premises environments.
• Partner with enterprise IT to assess infrastructure, security, and data management.
• Experiment at high velocity with quality to delight customers and deliver solutions.
• Design deployment strategies tailored to client needs with data privacy in mind.
• Troubleshoot deployment issues and minimize downtime.
• Travel up to 20-40% to work on-site with customers and partners
