The FDE Company is seeking a Junior Forward Deployed Engineer who embeds inside industrial client sites to deploy vertical AI software, turn tribal knowledge into structured data, and drive measurable euro gains. You will own end-to-end deployment cycles, work closely with plant directors and IT teams, and participate in rapid three-week bootcamp training.

Role is Paris-based with deployment across France and Europe; 40–60% travel to client sites, and compensation reflects a base plus deployment

Qualifications

• You code, for real. Python or equivalent, comfort with SQL and APIs.
• Structured problem decomposition and fast learning are essential.
• Professional French and English required: client work in French; tooling in English.

Responsabilités

• Deploy vertical AI products inside client environments — production planning, scheduling, data intelligence, and shop-floor workflows.
• Interview planners and operators to extract data and turn tribal knowledge into structured, usable data.
• Frame every scope as a business case with euros, value, and CFO sign-off.
• Manage deployment cycles with weekly client steering, risks, and clear status updates.
• Feed field learnings back into the product roadmap for the software partner.
