Telnyx LLC is building a Paris-based Enterprise Sales Pod, pairing an Enterprise AE with a Forward Deployed Engineer to deliver production-scale Telnyx solutions for enterprise customers. You will own the technical discovery, architecture, and go-live of AI, voice, messaging, and wireless workloads on Telnyx’s global network.

You will collaborate with a dedicated Enterprise AE, own the technical discovery, design, POC, and deployment, and drive successful outcomes for named accounts in France.

Qualifications

• CS degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years building and shipping production software.
• Proficiency in Python, Node.js/TypeScript, Go.
• Experience deploying containerized services on Kubernetes.
• Strong understanding of observability and monitoring (Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry).
• Experience with OpenAPI, REST/GraphQL APIs, authentication, rate limiting.

Responsabilités

• Embed with enterprise customers to understand workflows and integration challenges.
• Design and deploy custom implementations including AI/LLM integrations.
• Run production open-weight LLMs in customer environments and manage model routing.
• Lead POCs, pilots, and production launches from whiteboard to go-live.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to shape the roadmap based on field insights from France.
• Create clear technical documentation and runbooks; assist with handoffs.
