Telnyx is building a Paris-based Enterprise Sales Pod, pairing an AE with a Forward Deployed Engineer to craft production-grade solutions for enterprise customers. You will architect, deploy, and scale across Telnyx’s global network (voice, data, AI) and own the technical discovery, POC, and go-live for named accounts.

You will work closely with a commercial partner who owns the account, and you’ll lead the technical discussions, architecture, and deployment—moving beyond demos to real outcomes

Qualifications

• CS degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years building and shipping production software.
• Proficiency in Python, Node.js/TypeScript, Go.
• Experience with Kubernetes and cloud-native stacks.
• Strong API design and open standards knowledge.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and French.

Responsabilités

• Embed with enterprise customers to understand their workflows and integration challenges.
• Design and deploy production solutions on Telnyx network (voice, messaging, wireless).
• Lead POCs, pilots, and production launches from whiteboard to go-live.
• Create technical docs, runbooks, and handoffs for customer success.
