Telnyx is building a local Enterprise Sales Pod in Paris to embed with enterprise customers and architect production systems on Telnyx's global network. You will own the technical side: discovery, architecture, POC, and production go-lives, working alongside an Enterprise AE to close deals and scale the account.

Qualifications

• 3+ years building and shipping production software.
• Proficiency in Python, Node.js/TypeScript, and Go.
• Hands-on experience with containerized services on Kubernetes.
• Strong observability and monitoring capabilities in production.
• Experience with high-concurrency systems and real-time communication.

Responsabilités

• Embed with enterprise customers to understand workflows and integration challenges.
• Build and deploy custom implementations (AI voice assistants, Telnyx APIs).
• Lead POCs, pilots and production launches from whiteboard to go-live.
• Design model routing and fallback strategies for real-time voice workloads.
• Collaborate with Product/Engineering to shape the roadmap from field insights.
