Telnyx in Paris is building a local Enterprise Sales Pod with an Account Executive and a Forward Deployed Engineer, embedding with enterprise clients to architect and ship production systems on Telnyx's global network (voice, messaging, AI, wireless).

You'll own the technical discovery, design architecture, run POCs, and lead production launches while collaborating with Product and Engineering to shape the Paris roadmap; travel across France is expected in this hybrid role, and fluency in

Qualifications

• CS degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years building and shipping production software.
• Proficiency in multiple languages: Python, Node.js/TypeScript, Go.
• Experience deploying containerized services on Kubernetes.
• Observability: Prometheus + Grafana, OpenTelemetry, Graylog/ELK.
• Customer-facing engineering experience.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Based in Paris, or willing to relocate; hybrid role with travel within France.
• Legally authorized to work in France.

Responsabilités

• Embed with enterprise customers to understand their communications workflows and AI use cases.
• Build and deploy custom implementations: AI Voice Assistants, Telnyx APIs, WebRTC.
• Run open-weight LLMs in customer environments and deploy model gateways when needed.
• Lead POCs, pilots, and production launches from whiteboard to go-live.
• Own customer outcomes and collaborate with Product and Engineering to shape the Paris roadmap.
• Create clear technical documentation and runbooks; maintainability in handoff.
