• Define coverage & integration strategy for catalog, selecting merchants/products and order.
• Design data architecture and normalization with engineers to unify inputs.
• Own freshness, reliability, and monitoring of catalog data at scale.
• Automate catalog operations to scale beyond headcount.
• Plan for internationalization and multi-market catalog growth.
• Align stakeholder demands, arbitrate trade-offs, engage merchants.
