Joko is seeking a Product Manager for the Platform task force to own internal tooling, automation, and data integrity across multiple teams. You will map current tools, define the automation pathway, and ensure secure, scalable product decisions with a focus on adoption and business impact.

You will collaborate with engineers, product design, and operations while leveraging AI to enhance agent-driven workflows and improve efficiency across the platform.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Product Manager.
• Experience with internal tools, back-office products, APIs, or complex B2B products.
• Comfort building for internal users with emphasis on efficiency and adoption.
• Strong AI fluency with hands-on use of AI tools.

Responsabilités

• Own the Platform task force and map internal domains and tools.
• Decide what to build, and ship across internal teams with accountability.
• Design an automation layer and expose actions as scoped tools for agents.
• Migrate away from legacy tools without disrupting teams that depend on them.
• Oversee security, compliance, data retention, and access controls.
• Define success using time saved, costs reduced, and adoption metrics.
