Joko is seeking a Product Manager for the Engine task force to own the end-to-end Juno shopping assistant experience, from the conversational interface to the underlying recommendations. You will work with a Product Designer, software engineers, and the Catalog team, reporting to the Juno tribe lead.

Qualifications

• At least 2–3 years of experience as a Product Manager.
• Experience shipping user-facing features powered by AI.
• Strong UX/UI judgment and interface sensibilities.
• Comfort defining metrics, instrumenting experiments, and evaluating outcomes.
• Curiosity about AI tools and how models behave.

Responsabilités

• Own the end-to-end user experience of Juno's Engine, from conversational UI to product logic behind recommendations.
• Define conversational product design; test, iterate, and invent interaction patterns for a new surface.
• Design for AI limits: handle hallucinations, fallbacks, and edge cases in the user flow.
• Run continuous user testing, analyze real conversations, and drive next iterations and rollout strategy.
• Define vision and roadmap for the assistant experience, prioritise against company priorities, own delivery from framing to launch.
• Define quality metrics for the AI experience and use data to drive decisions.
• Outline competitive positioning for a specialised shopping assistant.
