Joko, based in Paris, is seeking a Product Manager for the Platform task force. You will map internal domains, decide what gets built, and ship across multiple internal scopes, collaborating with a Product Designer and software engineers.

You will build an automation layer, retire obsolete tools, and own identity, data retention, and access controls to keep systems secure and compliant. We value AI fluency, strong technical appetite, and stakeholder leadership.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Product Manager.
• Experience with internal tools, back‑office products, APIs, platforms, or complex B2B products is a strong plus.
• AI fluency — hands‑on: you use AI tools daily and understand agent capabilities.
• Strong technical appetite: you understand infrastructure, permissions, reliability, security, and data architecture.
• Stakeholder leadership: you align priorities across teams and make trade‑offs explicit.
• Analytical & pragmatic: you are data‑driven and outcomes‑focused.
• Excellent communication: clear, structured, and business‑oriented.
• Location: Based in France or Spain.
• Languages: Fluent in English; French is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Intake across your scopes: own internal domains, map current usage, costs, and future needs.
• Build the automation layer: expose actions as tools, define agent instructions, and minimize UI friction.
• Retire what should not exist: migrate off legacy tools without disrupting teams.
• Security, compliance & reliability: own identity, data retention, audit readiness, and test coverage.
• Permissions as a product problem: ensure least privilege with attributable actions.
• Efficiency metrics: define time saved, cost reduction, risk removal, and adoption.
• Stakeholder alignment: coordinate Engineering, Ops, Finance, Legal, Data and Care.
