Kraft Heinz in Paris seeks an FP&A Manager to own the full P&L, drive monthly FP&A, support AOP, and partner with Marketing, Sales Planning and Finance. This is a hands-on, data-driven role with leadership responsibility for one direct report.

You will analyze revenue and cost drivers, build financial models, and deliver insights to influence targets and strategic decisions, with bilingual English required and French a plus.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• At least 5 years of FP&A, financial controlling, or business partnering experience.
• Strong P&L understanding with ability to link results to drivers.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; data analytics experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead FP&A across all categories with full P&L responsibility.
• Understand and influence both revenue and cost drivers across the business.
• Execute monthly actualization including P&L variance analysis and issue resolution.
• Support the Demand Review process by partnering with marketers on forecast inputs.
• Support the build of the AOP and Strategic Plans.
• Provide analytical support on business results and recommend actions.
• Prepare modeling, analysis, and management summaries for reviews.
