Prismic is seeking a Finance Manager to act as a trusted business partner for internal and external stakeholders, supporting growth, scaling financial operations, and driving informed decision-making. Reporting to the CFO, you’ll lead controlling, forecasting, reporting, and day-to-day finance activities in a fast-growing tech company.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in finance/audit/transaction services from top firms
• 2+ years in FP&A or finance in a tech startup or scale-up
• Strong Excel/Gsheets skills for automated reporting and modeling

Responsabilités

• Lead monthly closing (P&L, cash flow) and close analyses.
• Prepare and present monthly financial reports identifying variances.
• Monitor cash flow and main KPIs; support CFO with board material.
• Partner with revenue, marketing, R&D and HR on budgeting and planning.
• Leverage AI/automation to streamline finance workflows and tools.
