Trustpair seeks an Accounting Lead to own the accounting perimeter across France and US. You’ll partner with the CFO, build scalable processes, and drive growth with confidence. Hybrid work, 2–3 days onsite in Paris, with remote days.

You’ll guide monthly closings, statutory reporting, and tax compliance while optimizing workflows and ERP integration across entities. We value a strong accounting background, leadership, and fluency in French and English.

Qualifications

• Strong accounting background with monthly closings, statutory accounts and tax compliance.
• Experience in multi-entity (France and US) accounting and ERP projects.
• Proactive leader able to structure ambiguity and drive cross‑functional collaboration.
• Fluent French and professional English required; US GAAP basics a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead monthly closing across FR and US entities and deliver P&L and balance sheet within a tight deadline.
• Oversee day‑to‑day accounting, provisions, cut‑offs, and tax compliance.
• Coordinate statutory financial statements with auditors and accounting firms.
• Scale workflows and drive ERP implementation across subsidiaries.
• Collaborate with CFO and finance leadership; implement AI tools in workflow.
