Job summary

Master The Monster, a French tech-scale-up, seeks a mid-senior Finance & Admin professional to lead day-to-day accounting and payroll operations from Paris with partial remote flexibility. You will oversee cash flow, monthly reporting, and regulatory compliance while partnering with external accounting firms.

You will manage invoicing, supplier payments, and ERP tools, automate reporting, and support HR/admin processes in a global context.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Management.
4–5 years of experience in finance/admin roles in consulting firms, startups, scale-ups, or SMEs.
Hands-on experience with payroll, contracts, and operational accounting.
Comfortable working autonomously in an international environment.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day accounting operations with the external accounting firm.
Monitor cash flow, payments, and liquidity needs.
Prepare monthly financial reporting, budgets, forecasts, and KPI tracking.
Ensure tax, payroll, and regulatory compliance.
Manage invoicing, accounts receivable, supplier payments, and expense control.
Oversee financial tools such as Excel (Expert), Qonto, Spendesk, Stripe, and ERP systems.
Automate reporting through BI tools, Power Query, Apps Script, APIs, or no-code tools.
Identify opportunities to improve and automate back-office processes.
