Jobtailor in France is seeking a commercial recruiter to define and implement the recruitment strategy for Y SCHOOLS work-study programs. You will prospect companies, maintain relationships, and represent the Y SCHOOLS brands at events across France, including weekends.

The role requires a Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Sales, or related fields, strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Sales, Business, Design, or Hospitality.
• Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
• Strong knowledge of the local environment.
• Proficiency in Excel and data reporting.
• Good level of English preferred.
• Proficiency in sales presentation, negotiation, and business development techniques.

Responsabilités

• Define and implement the commercial strategy for recruiting future Y SCHOOLS students.
• Prospect companies and maintain relationships related to recruitment of work-study students.
• Represent Y SCHOOLS brands at in-person events across France.
• Attend up to five events per week, including some weekend events.
• Present Y SCHOOLS to audiences and adapt sales messaging as needed.
• Advise prospective students and understand career aspirations.
• Develop relationships with prospective students through enrollment process.
• Ensure excellent service for students and stakeholders.
• Identify new business opportunities and recruitment channels.
• Contribute to improving recruitment processes and conversion strategies.
• Advise international students on visa, immigration, and compliance requirements when necessary.
• Update tracking databases and the CRM.
• Prepare regular activity reports

Requirements

• Master’s degree (first or second year) in Marketing, Communications, Sales, Business, Design, or Hospitality
• Previous experience in a similar role preferred
• Strong knowledge of the local environment
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Good level of English preferred
• Proficiency in sales presentation, negotiation, and business development techniques
