AVASO Technology Solutions in Saint-Dizier, France seeks an experienced Field IT Support Technician to deliver desktop support, troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, and guide end users. You will handle on-site and remote assistance, ensuring timely resolutions and high customer satisfaction.

The role requires strong technical skills across Windows, Mac, and Linux, plus Active Directory, SCCM/MDT, and cloud apps like Microsoft 365.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Desktop Support or similar roles.
• Strong experience with Windows OS, Mac OS, and Linux.
• Experience with Active Directory for user management and security.
• Proficient with remote desktop tools and troubleshooting techniques.
• Experience with networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
• Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite and cloud apps (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace).
• Hardware diagnostics, repair, and replacement expertise.
• Knowledge of system imaging and deployment tools (SCCM, MDT).
• Familiar with ITIL processes for incident, problem, and change management.
• Strong communication skills to explain technical issues to non-technical users.
• B2 level in French and English (Mandatory).

Responsabilités

• Provide on-site and remote desktop support for users, ensuring issues are resolved quickly and efficiently.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktop systems, laptops, and peripherals.
• Ensure the deployment of operating systems, updates, and software packages.
• Work with the IT team to resolve and elevate issues as needed.
• Perform routine system audits and ensure systems are up-to-date and secure.
• Provide end-user training and technical documentation where necessary.
• Collaborate with team members and manage support tickets for various internal stakeholders.
