PRADA RETAIL France is offering an internship for 2026 focusing on recruitment and campus relations within the Human Resources team. You will support the Talent Acquisition Manager in posting openings, sourcing candidates, and building talent pools for Prada and Miu Miu across France, Monaco, and Belgium.

You will participate in the full recruitment cycle, manage internship campaigns, and help develop employer branding materials while collaborating with teams in an international fashion

Qualifications

• Pursuing a postgraduate degree in HR and aiming at Recruitment or Talent Acquisition roles.
• Interest in campus relations and employer branding.
• Professional English proficiency to screen candidates and interact with HQ.

Responsabilités

• Post job openings and manage applications.
• Recruit for Prada and Miu Miu; source candidates.
• Build talent pools across all business functions.
• Progressively participate in the full recruitment process and aim to independently manage searches.
• Develop a database of target schools and universities for partnerships.
• Launch and manage internship recruitment campaigns.
• Monitor competitors and recruitment trends and practices.
• Create content for Prada and Miu Miu Talent Days.
• Manage communications through LinkedIn and support employer branding.
• Handle projects related to recruitment, campus relations, candidate experience, and branding.
