Prada Group seeks a Training Support professional to optimize and deliver training programs across 10 stores in France, Monte Carlo and Central Europe. You will collaborate with the Training Manager and cross-functional teams to enhance selling ceremonies, product knowledge and sales techniques, supporting the company’s growth and performance.

The role emphasizes LMS management, store visits, budget handling and proactive, culturally sensitive communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in learning and development, HR management or psychology.
• Experience with LMS is a plus.
• Proactive and flexible in evolving training environment.
• Good team player and motivator, culturally sensitive.
• Curious and up-to-date on new training methods.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Design and facilitate training and team-building programmes with the Training Manager.
• Assist store induction and other training programmes.
• Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) and e-learning programmes.
• Build relationships with Corporate and Store teams as business partners.
• Assist store visits to gain deeper understanding of retail business.
• Manage training expenses and payments (PO creation, finance follow-up).
• Support ad hoc training administration as assigned.
• Translation review.
• Monitor results and engagement on the My Miu Miu Space training app.

JOB PURPOSE

To support the Training Manager France, Monte Carlo & Central Europe to optimize and deliver training programs focusing on the Stores’ selling ceremony, product knowledge and sales techniques in order to boost the Company sales targets. To work closely with his/her team, maintaining contact also with the Training Manager, across 10 stores.

RESPONSIBILITIES

TRAINING

• Work with Training Manager to enhance the design and facilitation of training and team-building programmes.
• Assist conduct Store Induction training and other training programmes.
• Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) and e-learning programmes
• Build relationships with Corporate and Store teams, engage them as business partners and enlist their commitment on training priorities.
• Assist conduct store visits to gain a deeper understanding of retail business.

ADMINISTRATION

• Manage training expenses and payments e.g. purchase order creation/monitoring, payment follow-up with Finance/external vendor, etc.
• Support ad hoc training administration as assigned by Training Manager.
• Translation review
• Monitoring the results and engagement on the training app: My Miu Miu Space

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

Bachelor Degree in learning and development fields/ human resources management/psychology

Experience with LMS system is a plus

Proactive and flexible in an ever-growing training environment

Curios and always up to date about new training methods

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Bilingual in English and French; German would be a plus.
