Job Purpose

Responsibilities

• Capture customer data into the company CRM to deepen relationships and offer personalized approaches.

• Provide an outstanding in‑store experience and proactively engage in cross‑selling across departments.
• Stay updated on fashion trends and competitors; maintain brand and product knowledge.
• Effectively manage customer complaints in coordination with line management.
• Maintain shop‑floor, visual displays, and operational guidelines; ensure high security and reduce product theft.
