Prada Group in France seeks a Training Specialist to support the Training Manager for France, Monte Carlo & Central Europe, delivering programs on selling ceremony, product knowledge and sales techniques across 10 stores. You will manage LMS and e-learning programmes, coordinate store inductions, translations and admin tasks, while collaborating with corporate and store teams.

Fluent English and French required; German a plus; proactive, team oriented, and up-to-date on training methods.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in learning and development, HR/psychology.
• Experience with LMS is a plus.
• Strong communication, proactive and team oriented.

Responsabilités

• Support Training Manager to design and deliver training programs.
• Manage LMS and e-learning programmes.
• Admin training expenses and vendor payments.
