Job summary

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Facilities Management and at least eight years of experience, with strong organizational, leadership and communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of eight years experience in facilities management.
• Strong organizational and supervisory skills; ability to lead teams.
• Knowledge of real estate, building systems and budgeting processes.

Responsibilities

• Support the Country Manager in implementing client real estate projects.
• Develop and implement programs to reduce operating costs and increase productivity.
• Oversee reporting and budgets for multiple properties.
• Coordinate supplier services and ensure high HSE standards.
• Supervise both technical and administrative staff across facilities.
• Ensure audits and workplace compliance; report anomalies.
