Job summary

JLL is seeking a Senior Facilities Manager in Paris to lead strategic facilities operations for a premier corporate portfolio. You will drive site leadership, client partnership, budgeting, and service delivery across multiple sites.

As the senior FM, you will manage 10+ direct reports, oversee vendor relationships, ensure safety compliance, and deliver efficiency improvements while maintaining high client satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in facilities management across client sites
• Experience leading large teams (10+ direct reports) and senior stakeholder engagement
• Budget ownership including planning, monitoring, and delivering cost efficiencies
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for cross-functional leadership
• Experience with refurbishment projects, especially in heritage buildings
• Fluent English plus local language proficiency
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with FM systems

Responsibilities

• Take full operational accountability for facility management across the portfolio.
• Develop and implement Building Operation Plan to ensure smooth, efficient workplace operations.
• Serve as primary FM contact for client leadership; build trusted relationships.
• Manage site budgets, procurement, and cost-saving initiatives.
• Lead vendor/contractor management and ensure alignment with client culture.
• Oversee maintenance, inspections, safety compliance, and service standards.
• Identify and lead capital projects to enhance building value and functionality.
• Manage 10+ direct reports and extended contractor teams.
• Navigate stakeholder landscapes including client leadership and works councils.
