Job summary

Mandarin Oriental Paris is seeking an Assistant General Housekeeper Junior to join our luxury Housekeeping team. You will support the management in daily operations, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation and guest experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in an equivalent position in a similar establishment.
• Fluency in English essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Housekeeping Department in the absence of the Executive Housekeeper.
• Supervise, motivate, train, and evaluate Housekeeping, Laundry, and Florist teams.
• Ensure compliance with Mandarin Oriental standards, FHLSS, LQA, MOQA, and LQE.
• Conduct daily inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
• Monitor staffing, budgets, supplies, inventory, and departmental productivity.
• Oversee deep-cleaning schedules, preventive maintenance, and quality audits.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and personalized VIP service.
• Coordinate daily operations with Front Office, Engineering, and other departments.
• Manage administrative duties, training programs, and operational reports.
• Drive continuous improvement and maintain exceptional luxury service standards.
