Job summary

Mandarin Oriental Paris is seeking an Assistant General Housekeeper Junior to join our luxury Housekeeping team. You will support the management in daily operations, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation and guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Housekeeping Department in the absence of the Executive Housekeeper.
• Supervise, motivate, train, and evaluate Housekeeping, Laundry, and Florist teams.
• Ensure compliance with Mandarin Oriental standards, FHLSS, LQA, MOQA, and LQE.
• Conduct daily inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
• Monitor staffing, budgets, supplies, inventory, and departmental productivity.
• Oversee deep-cleaning schedules, preventive maintenance, and quality audits.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and personalized VIP service.
• Coordinate daily operations with Front Office, Engineering, and other departments.
• Manage administrative duties, training programs, and operational reports.
• Drive continuous improvement and maintain exceptional luxury service standards.

About the Role

As an Assistant General Housekeeper Junior at Mandarin Oriental Paris, you will support the Housekeeping Management team in overseeing daily operations. You will help ensure that all areas of the hotel meet the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and hygiene, while contributing to a seamless and memorable guest experience.
