Missions

• Take, manage and dispatch correspondence, phone calls, mail, e-mails
• Manage agendas of the management team
• Organize meetings, travels and events for the company’s management team
• Process expense reports
• Welcome newcomers and conduct induction training

You have at least one prior and similar experience, ideally within an industrial environment

You are autonomous in your work
