Orac, a family-owned European leader in architectural elements, seeks a Total Rewards Specialist Europe to shape compensation and benefits across Belgium and key markets including France, Germany, Italy, Poland, Spain and the UK.

You will own European Total Rewards processes, drive annual cycles, and partner with Payroll and HR teams to deliver data-driven rewards decisions across multiple countries. This role combines hands-on operations with strategic input and reports to the HR Director.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Total Rewards, Compensation & Benefits or another hard-HR discipline, with exposure to salary structures, benchmarking, reward processes or incentive schemes.
• Ability to translate complex reward concepts into a clear and practical message.
• Genuine curiosity about how compensation and reward work across different European markets. An international working background or experience abroad is a plus.
• Confidence to work with stakeholders and, where relevant, discuss and explain salary and reward decisions.

Responsabilités

• Own and manage European Total Rewards processes, including salary, benefits, and incentive programs, ensuring smooth, efficient, and consistent delivery across countries and employee groups.
• Execute the full annual reward cycle independently, covering budgeting, benchmarking, merit processes, and bonus/incentive calculations.
• Maintain accurate reward data and reporting on salaries, bonuses, benefits, and other metrics to support HR, Finance, and business leaders.
• Translate Total Rewards strategy into practical processes, ensuring consistent application and identifying opportunities to improve and optimize programs.
• Act as the go-to expert for reward matters across European teams, supporting HR, Finance, and employees on salary, bonus, benefits, and incentive questions.
