FAIRMAT is seeking a Sales Manager to scale its climate-positive materials business across Europe and beyond. You will own business development, sales execution, account management, and cross-functional collaboration to drive multi-market growth.

Based near Paris, you will engage with sporting goods, construction, automotive, and other sectors, managing complex deals with long cycles from initial contact to contract signature. Fluency in English and strong communication are essential.

• Interest in BtoB development with long sales cycles.
• Interest in the industrial sector.
• Interest in targeted markets such as sporting goods or construction.
• Exceptional communication aptitude.
• Perfect English required for global impact.

Responsabilités

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities across Europe and Asia.
• Lead the full sales cycle from outreach to contract signature.
• Manage client relationships and drive renewals and upsell opportunities.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product and Operations; report KPIs via CRM.
