Job summary

SLB seeks a high-energy commercial professional to expand our European presence in precision machining and contract manufacturing from our Agile Factory in Béziers, France.

You will connect manufacturers with advanced machining capabilities, build long-term relationships, and shape the commercial strategy across key European markets. Fluency in French and English and a willingness to travel are required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management within machining, manufacturing, industrial services, or related sectors.
• Good network and ability to develop new business opportunities with manufacturers and industrial customers.
• Understanding of machining, precision manufacturing, CNC production, or contract manufacturing processes.
• Ability to position SLB as a strategic manufacturing partner through a consultative and value-driven sales approach.
• Strong commercial and negotiation skills with experience managing complex sales cycles and multiple stakeholders.
• Fluent in French and comfortable communicating, presenting, and negotiating in English.
• Based in France and willing to travel across Europe as required.
