Vous aurez une expérience significative en vente, idéalement dans le secteur des roulements, et devrez gérer une clientèle variée. Des déplacements fréquents en Belgique et en Pologne sont prévus.

Overview

Our client is a renowned company in the metalworking sector, and more specifically in the foundry field. It manufactures high-precision machined parts for a wide range of industries. Against a background of reorganization and commercial dynamism, the company is recruiting a Sales Manager (m/w) to strengthen its team and play an active role in sales growth on international markets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a customer portfolio, while prospecting new categories of customers (particularly smaller ones).
• Identify and approach prospects in target sectors.
• Monitor the market and the competition.
• Implement commercial strategies to increase sales.
• Establish and maintain lasting customer relationships.
• Ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the success of sales projects.

Profile

• With an engineering background (ideally mechanical engineer), you will have proven experience in a sales role (approx. 5-10 years), ideally acquired in the bearings sector. You also have a good knowledge of this market and the competitors or of a related sector, such as compressor, industrial machine or bearing maintenance.
• You enjoy managing a varied customer portfolio and developing solutions adapted to small-scale customers.
• You are recognized for your dynamism, autonomy, initiative and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Position based in France or Italy, with frequent travel to Belgium and Poland.
