Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in manufacturing/Process engineering (automotive preferred).
• Strong mechanical and automation knowledge.
• Experience with design tools CATIA or SolidWorks (viewer).
• Able to learn on the fly and work in shopfloor environments.
• Able to communicate effectively in English in a multicultural environment.
• Ready to travel across Europe as required by projects (approximately 30% to 60% of the time).

Responsabilités

• Develop, industrialize, and optimize manufacturing processes.
• Analyze and validate product/process feasibility.
• Define manufacturing concepts for machine and tools.
• Manage suppliers from design phase up to final validation.
• Lead equipment installation and commissioning in plant until full process validation.
• Optimize process performance and capitalize best practices.
