Job summary

POP MART, a leading global trend culture company, seeks an EU Fulfillment Specialist to join its regional operations in Europe. You will liaise with 3PLs to manage daily fulfillment, track orders, and ensure on-time delivery across retail and e-commerce.

You will also support inventory control, coordinate with Retail, Merchandising, and Finance, and report KPIs. Fluency in English is required; Mandarin is a plus. Willingness to travel to local warehouses is expected.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in logistics/fulfillment across Europe.
• Experience in both retail and e‑commerce fulfillment.
• Proficient with WMS systems and data reporting.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin a plus is welcome.

Responsibilities

• Fulfillment process execution with 3PLs; track orders and ensure on-time delivery.
• Inventory data verification, cycle counts, and discrepancy follow-up.
• Collaborate with Retail, Merchandising and Finance for launches and replenishment.
• Regularly report core KPIs: fulfillment rate, timelines, inventory accuracy.
• Support projects: ERP/WMS upgrades, warehouse optimization, new store openings.
