Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end procurement for France warehouse categories (equipment, packaging, services)
• Develop and manage local supplier relationships and drive cost optimization
• Lead negotiations, contracts, and execution tracking
• Collaborate with operations, finance and legal for compliance and risk control
• Produce procurement data analysis reports to support decisions

Description du poste

• Responsible for the entire procurement process for product categories in the France overseas warehouse, including but not limited to: warehouse equipment (shelves, forklifts, WMS system, etc.), packaging materials (cardboard boxes, bubble wrap, labels, etc.), and localized services (warehousing operations outsourcing, maintenance, cleaning, and security, etc.);
• Develop, evaluate, and manage high-quality local supplier resources, and establish and maintain long-term partnerships;
• Lead procurement negotiations, contract signing, and execution tracking to ensure cost optimization, quality compliance, and on‑time delivery;
• Collaborate with operations, finance, and legal departments to complete compliance reviews and risk control of the procurement process;
• Regularly output procurement data analysis reports to support business decision‑making and budget planning;
• Participate in the formulation of localized procurement strategies and promote the implementation of cost reduction and efficiency improvement projects.

Job Description

• Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, International Trade, or a related field;
• At least 1 year of experience in procurement or logistics, with a background in e-commerce/cross-border logistics preferred;
• Language skills: Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese; French C1 level or above preferred;
• Familiar with the French market environment, laws, regulations, and business practices;
• Strong negotiation, data analysis, and cross-departmental collaboration skills;
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to adapt to a fast‑paced, multitasking work environment;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
